If you want to enhance the eating experience of roasted meat and vegetables, this mix is perfect. Rubbed onto the surface of you roasting joint or scattered over potatoes, parsnips and beetroot before they go in the oven gives your meal a truly exotic and aromatic kick. Alternativly, dusted on thin strips of chicken or pork and pan fried, searved with salad and yogurt in a flatbread, perfect!
