This organic specialty pepper is grown by small scale collectives in the remote highlands of the Malabar coast known for its rich biodiversity, which includes tigers and elephants. Hand-picked and sun-dried, the annual harvest of this traditional pepper plant is very limited but worth the effort as the levels of flavour and aroma produced by the essential oils is significantly higher than most peppers. Always use this Tiger freshly ground so that you can enjoy its unique, intense and fruity full bodied flavour with roast meat, fish and all manner of sauces.
