Something special and therefore not always available, please ask.

Each kg of this salt is made with a rich red Fitou from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France (my personal favourite – indulge me here!) and French sea salt. The process is a closely guarded secret but does involve a lot of French sunshine and hanging around drinking more Fitou while we wait, it’s a tough job but hey!

 

Grind the finished product onto steak or venison and it will sing.
