A blend of Thai and Malay influences, my massaman mix steps away from the usual Thai style green/red curries and has a much deeper and richer flavour perfect for all meats including goat and even prawns. However, slow beef curry is a winner every time with this mix.

Massaman Curry Powder

  • Black Pepper, fennel, paprika, star anise, Ginger, Cardamom, Coriander, turmeric, Cumin, Chillies, Cassia (Chinese Cinnamon) and Sea Salt.
