More familiar perhaps as a paste, this dried mix can be dusted on chicken, lamb or pork before grilling or added to soups, tagines or couscous. To make a paste, add a little hot water and a little oil.

Tunisian Harissa

  • Paprika, Garlic, Mint, Caraway, Cayenne, Coriander, Cumin, Aleppo Chilli flakes, Kashmiri chilli  and Sea Salt.
