Quite literally “Spice Blend” Garam Masala is the cornerstone of Indian spice cooking and as such almost no two versions are the same. Mine is mild and subtler than the heavy ‘curry’ versions. Use as a rub or as the base flavour of your own mix.

Garam Masala

  • Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cumin, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Bay Leaf.
