By combining raw cane sugar, coconut blossom sugar and the buds of the Cassia cinnamon tree, often referred to as a cinnamon carnation, this sweet and aromatic sugar has a milder flavour the classic cinnamon with a more delicate in taste. This sugar is an absolute must for Christmas biscuits such as Zimtsterne  and all manner desserts such as rice pudding, baked apples and hot chocolate drinks.
