Chermoula is the ‘go to’ spice blend in Moroccan cooking. It is a refreshing fusion of Indian and Mediterranean cuisines often made from fresh herbs with the spices added. Our dried version is extremely versatile and works when used generously with robust flavours. Added to meat or fish dishes, it gives gentle heat and a refreshing twist. Try it in shepherd’s pie, you will not be sorry!
