This rub  blend is designed to balance and complement  the rich and distinctive flavour you get from a really good quality piece of pork. The addition of celery seeds adds character to the rub.

Our pork seasoning is envisaged as a general spice and herb rub that will enhance most cuts but is particularly good rubbed into chops prior to grilling or pan frying or rubbed in to the scored surface of a roasting joint.

Incidentally, the blend is also excellent with other rich meats such as Duck or Venison.

Simply rub liberally over your chosen cuts and cook!
